After Your Purchase
You’ve checked out and payment is confirmed — here’s what happens next.
What to Expect
Once your payment goes through, each seller in your order is notified immediately. Here’s the timeline:
- Order confirmed — you’ll receive a confirmation with your order number(s). If you bought from multiple sellers, you’ll have one order per seller.
- Seller prepares your order — the seller has 5 business days to confirm and ship your cards.
- Order shipped — once the seller ships, you’ll get a notification with a tracking number.
- Delivery — your cards arrive! You’ll be notified when delivery is confirmed.
If a seller doesn’t ship within 5 business days, the order is automatically cancelled and you receive a full refund. You don’t need to do anything.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you can track it directly from your Purchases page. CardNexus integrates with 1,200+ shipping carriers worldwide, so tracking updates appear automatically.
You’ll receive notifications at key moments:
- When the seller ships your order
- When delivery is confirmed
- If there are any issues along the way

Order Statuses
Your order moves through several statuses as it progresses:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Awaiting Shipment | Waiting for the seller to ship |
| Shipped | On its way — tracking number available |
| Delivered | Arrived at your address |
| Completed | You’ve confirmed receipt (or auto-completed after 7 days) |

What’s Next?
After your order is delivered, you’ll have 7 days to inspect your cards and confirm everything is as expected. If something’s not right, you can report a problem during this window.
